Beginner: Kasandra

Monday 7:30-9:00pm

This class focuses on fundamental flamenco dance techniques including braceo (arms), floreo (fingers), posture (torso) and zapateado (footwork). This class is intended for students with some flamenco training in Introduction classes or some previous dance background. It is also an integrated music class whereby students learn different palmas rhythms to accompany live musicians and try to dance independently in compas.
