Q: Why do you like flamenco?
A: After studying all kinds of dance, flamenco is the only one I still feel I have much more to learn and discover. It is always changing and gives me the vehicle to truly express myself."

Q: What is special about Oscar Nieto?
A: Oscar has been my mentor, my guide and friend for almost 20 years. He is the most generous teacher I have had the privilage to work with. He is honest and true to himself, and the art form. His knowledge is incredible. I owe him so much, as he's given me a window into myself and wealth of talent and passion I never knew existed in me. I will be forever greatful for this gift. I am so glad a school has finally been established where other students can also receive this.
