“El Jaleo” in house performance on Saturday, February 18, 7:00pm!

Please join us for Al Mozaico Flamenco Dance Academy's quarterly in-studio performance, "El Jaleo" coming up on Saturday, February 18th, 2006 from 7:00-9:00pm. "El Jaleo" event allows our students to display their choreography to a live audience and show off their hardwork to other students, friends and families. It is a "work-in-progress" which allows the students the opportunity to perform in front of a live audience and get immediate feedback.

This El Jaleo, we will showcase budding soloists that have prepared their own choreographies, as well as students from our Tangos and Bulerias Por Fiesta Masterclasses. Many of these soloists will be performing for the first time! Please come out and lend some support!

In addition, Maestra Kasandra will be dancing a Rondena with guitarist, Juan de Marias. The Rondena is an original composition entitled ‘Tajo de Ronda’ from Juan’s CD, Mimbre. It is the first showcase of several works scheduled for this duo this year.
