To Flamenco Newcomers:

Happy New Year!

Bring in 2010 with a new fitness regime learning Flamenco Dance.  Flamenco has proven to be a grounding force physically and mentally, and effectively rids us of negative emotions through stomping.  Our students find it therapeutic to engage in physically, mentally and psychologically challenging dance movement!

Experience the art and movement of Flamenco Dance in our NEW Introduction classes on Thursdays 6:00-7:30pm and Sundays 10:30am-12:00pm  Each class is 90 minutes and will introduce flamenco movement and percussion using 3/4 , 4/4 and 12 rhythm.  No experience is necessary.  If you have always considered flamenco but have never yet tried, now is your chance!
