Q: Why do you like flamenco?
A: I have a memory of myself at 6, dancing and furiously clicking a pair of castanets. I have no idea where I got them. The music resonates with my soul (? my Arabic heritage), and the dance is like art, with no limit to exploring and perfecting it. And any excuse to go to Spain!

Q: Anything else to add?
A: Two years ago, as I was struggling with a salsa instructor's stern teaching style, a psychic spontaneously told me that there were fantastic teachers in my dance future, who would nurture and encourage me. And here they are!
